Bartender goes to prison and Judges do not when both make decisions that lead to death.

A bartender can go to prison for serving someone that gets in a deadly wreck but Judges get free pass when they free killers. This is occurring almost daily now and I find it very hard to understand.
Why is this happening? Should Judges be required to carry insurance since their decisions are causing so much harm and death?

No, judges should be removed from their posts, made to apologize to the victim’s families and charged with being an accessory to whatever crime occurred.

The only way to force judges not to let violent offenders out on bail or the like is to put their arse on the line when they run afoul while out. You will see an immediate no/high bail for all of these career criminals and a lot of avoidable violent crimes not happening. It’s the same principle as illegals. If they aren’t here there is zero chance those crimes happen but progressives are too stupid or unwilling to understand such things

Sure, but they should be getting tarred and feathered first, and all their assets should be taken.

You'll see a lot more judges wanting psychiatric evaluations on first time felons.
It's not just murderers. Criminal minded thieves, dope dealers, and assaulters need to be locked for the good of society.

I am a firm believer in the death penalty for murderers with death occurring after their one and only appeal fails or 180 days, whichever occurs first.

A bartender has to go so far beyond just this to be held criminally liable.

The founders could not have remotely conceived of the insanity of our current predicament.

Our society is being eroded slowly, bit by bit. It would be a fascinating research topic if it weren’t so depressing.

Judges really have no real accountability.

Good idea

Please elaborate. I do know they can be held liable and if they can why can't a Judge?

This ain't happening. Judges are going to become the official enforcement arm of the democrat party.

I have to wonder how many of our founders were lawyers. Our country needs to get away from electing lawyers to represent them in government.

Pretty much. Outside of elections for state/local judges, they're absolutely immune from anything in the scope of their position on the bench.

Jesus pretty much hated lawyers (Pharisees). He was right.
Their type, over time, accumulate power and should be punched in the nose much more frequently than has been.

A solid half of them, if not more. They were creating the law, you know.

Is that a fact statement or were the founders extremely experienced and well read? I find it real hard to believe over half of them were lawyers (pharisees).

If you or I were standing in front of a judge for the same thing he did he would call us negligent
