If Kiffin is allowed to coach the playoffs does he name someone to manage recruiting?

It seems like he would at least have to have someone doing roster management and recruiting starting immediately.

Coach O with NIL could be goat level recruiting. On level with Saban and unlimited Dodge Chargers.

I’d love CEO to come coach the line and recruit. That’s his bread and butter. It would also be highly entertaining with Lane and O.

Another question is who would be doing it for OM since they would be functionally without a head coach doing those duties. I mean Lane wouldn’t and shouldn’t be. Likely his staff might, but if he plans on bringing any of his staff with him, it would be working at cross purposes.
