Having played in some, I'm quite familiar with them. I'm not familiar with any formats that wouldn't have witnesses...which Trump acknowledged:
"Club championships are our majors. I’ve won 38 of them, every one of them legitimately,” he said.

Have you ever heard ANYONE say they saw Trump win a championship? Any videos of it?
This is a good article on the phenomenon. It's actually favorable to Trump because Ernie Els is quoted as saying the President is a good putter and is probably a "10, 12 handicap."
