i used T-Mo for several years and it was great for where we lived at the time.
We switched to ATT after moving because T-Mo had the poorest coverage among all providers in our new location otherwise we'd still be with them.

My wife and I use TMobile in and around the New Orleans area. Great coverage here and the perks with them are nice.

T-Mobile was who I was forced to go in 22. They're fine, and had the same issues as ATT in my hood (no connectivity within a mile of the house). I switch to Mint ( same network as T-Mobile). You do get free internet on Lufthansa flights at least.

Coverage maps down to the block are critical.

The company that works where you use the phone is the best one.

I've had T Mobile for a long time. Just got it for wireless internet as well.

That Americans who are generally nice answer the phones is a huge bonus.

I don't understand why Verizon service has been getting worse. What are they doing to cause it to go downhill?

I have noticed many pockets of terrible verizon service in Baton Rouge recently.

I pay $175/mo for strictly service on 2 phones. 4 more months and I am going to Visible to see what its about. I realize it is Verizon towers, but I can deal with the issues if I am only paying $60/mo. If Visible doesn't work I will try something else.

I can't speak for Verizon, but T-Mobile has customer service an order of magnitude better than AT&T. In my opinion, AT&T has a crappy website for customers to use and long wait times for customer service and the typically unknowledgeable reps pass you off to more unknowledgeable reps. Also my opinion that AT&T acts like they don't really care about you as a customer. At&T has little to offer with regards to perks.

T-Mobile gives you lots of perks (Netflix, Apple TV), lots of coupons and discounts on gas, food, movies and more. Their customer service is much more knowledgeable and are empowered to actually help you with any issue you have. They act like they really appreciate you as a customer. If you are upset about anything, they will offer you something to make sure you are still happy. I called once to complain that new customers were getting a discount that I wasn't getting as an existing customer. They gave me the same discount right away. AT&T would never do that in my opinion.

LTE,5G, and 5Guw networks and iPhones have trouble negotiating the networks. Your phone is always looking for the best signal and they are having trouble switching back and forth. Put it on LTE only mode if you’re having issues. Should help

Not sure where you are located but I can tell you T-Mobile has become the best carrier in the state of Louisiana over the last 3 years in my opinion. Plus the addition of starlink are a partner is pretty badass if you go into a dead zone.

If you’re bringing your phone with you - go for these low cost companies like Cricket. People swear by them.

If you need a new phone - TMobile service is fine. We have no issues.
