's legal team took their best shot at getting his criminal indictment dismissed.
The evidence released includes FBI 'burn bags' containing sensitive records about the Trump probes. The evidence is credible and could prove hard to overcome if Comey's case goes to trial.
I spoke with six former FBI special agents. Between them, they have more than 9 decades of law enforcement experience.
They said the FBI Trump probes were not done “By The Book.”

Very odd to release any information about this in filings in Comey’s case because it has zero to do with the proving the case.

Comey could admit his crimes on the stand and say “I’m guilty and did it cause frick Trump” and it wouldn’t mean shite. They will never get a conviction in DC cause the jury pool is infected with TDS.

Great find. Prosecute him for those horrible acts if you can overcome SOL problems.
All this has ZERO to do with his current prosecution which is limited to was he lying in 2020 when he said he "stood by" his 2017 testimony about authorizing a leak by Richman about the Hillary Clinton investigation.

This has been known for years.
Nothing will happen, the courts and corruption are too far gone. I have no faith in the judicial system, especially when a swamp creature is involved.

I agree...which makes this reporting that much worse. If she had started the segment with, "just so our listeners are clear, this doesn't have anything to do with the CURRENT prosecution of Comey...." that would have been honest.

I still find it hard to believe evidence of crimes was thrown into bags to burn then "Oops", the bags are put in a closet for someone to find later.

When the Megyn Kelly video was posted...Wasn't it said by a few that the lawyers were just idjets and that Comey was going to get dismissed no bad hombre judge.
