I recently started working out again, using home equipment (I took a photo and let ChatGPT create a daily workout plan based on what I have and my goals). Now, I'm adding supplements.

The goal is to gain a little mass in the arms and chest while slimming the midsection. Currently, I am at a 2300-calorie goal, with 250g of protein, 140g of carbs, and 70g of fat per day.

Currently using OnWhey protein, creatine monohydrate, fish oil, and turkesterone. Are there any changes I need to make to help achieve my goals? I've been going for 3 months and seeing results, but I'm starting to plateau, so I used Black Friday to add some heavier dumbbells/weights.

That’s a lot of protein for the amount of calories. I’d dial that back to 200g and dial up your carbs.

Post the workout plan. Hard to tell you what to change if we don't know what you're doing. Need your height/weight too for diet

Your diet makes zero sense for what you’re trying to accomplish.

Idk. OP has to weigh in the high 200s if he is losing weight on that calorie level. Protein intake seems about right.

You’re likely grossly over estimating your energy output with the workouts you’re doing. You don’t really need to factor in any output at all if you aren’t training HARD. Maybe a 30g scoop of protein but that’s about it.

There are a bunch of nerds on here who think they need some huge supplement stack because they do 4 45 minute workouts a week

Not really, especially for a 2300 calorie day.
