First thing he needs to do is separate himself from Landry… next he needs to clear up the stuff with the player out of Woodville(if you know you know).., said player has a lot of family in and around Louisiana…in state recruiting will take a MAJOR hit if he doesn’t… Verge, Corey and Frank have been on the phones trying to calm people down… this deeper than a lot of yall know… I know for a fact the most recognizable former LSU players not a fan of this all in for Lane shite.. and a lot of coaches and parents around the state are interpreting him as Landry’s choice… the optics are terrible

The first thing I hope he does is completely clean staff. I don’t want to retain a single coach from the current staff - why do they deserve to stay? This is the worst team in decades!

Yes… this is what he should do.. at least publicly… everybody paying players now… the fence Saban built is falling down… Landry getting involved didn’t help

The player he kicked off of Ole Miss team… who was depressed because his grandmother(who raised him) died… Lane basically told him or at least it was interpreted this way that football was more important and it wasn’t an excuse to miss practices and meetings… that player family originally from the BR and NO area… they entrenched in Louisiana football…

You do know U-High best players ain’t a lock for LSU huh???.. same could be said about the top 10 high schools in Louisiana… so yes one could be entrenched in Louisiana football and not attend LSU
