He is, unfortunately. I hope to God it doesn’t get to plan B.

I would LITERALY stop following my beloved tigahs if we were to hire that BUM! I don’t want to have to do it, but I would have to try and sen a message to the athletic department anyway I can!

Rumor is that an influential member of the LSU BOS is very high on Drinkwitz for some reason and has been pushing him. If Kiffin Underwoods us, I am afraid it's going to be Drinkwitz, barring a Tennessee Schiano-style revolt from Tiger fans, which I don't think will happen. Apparently LSU is not considering Dillingham, Brohm, Golesh, Lashlee, or any young up-and-coming coaches. If that is indeed the case, I don't understand their rationale.

Until they start winning. Then you’ll be telling us that you wanted Drink all along.

He's making something like $9 million at Mizzou, so we'd have to pay him Brian Kelly money to get him here, and he's just not worth it. He'd be a very uninspiring and underwhelming hire. I think that I'd also probably take a hiatus from LSU football for a while if Drinkwitz is the best that LSU can come up with. To me, it means that they badly mismanaged the coaching search.

Could totally see us paying him more than the rumored lane number too

I'd only hire Drinkwitz if he brings his schedules with him.

I hope he is plan C at highest.

I would be happy with Kiffin or Dillingham.
I would be disappointed but able to delude myself into optimism for Sumrall.

Drink would be a flatly disappointing hire & big dropoff IMO.

i’d say he probably used to be Plan B but after today that motherfricker better be completely off the list

Would be so disappointing. Especially if Arkansas beats them. They'll be a 3 SEC win team.

F all that.

I just can't believe some people around here are defending the idea of him. Especially at what it would cost. If he keeps losing he should come for even less that what he is making.
