YouTube- I'm Tired of Trying to Be OK
That's better than 99% of the crap put out today.
Not sure how you compete with this. It's just a crude AI version.
Guy wrote the lyrics and comp. AI did the rest. They used Jelly Roll and Lady Gaga voices.

Movie industry should be as well
Which is fine with me, tired of blowhard actors telling us their opinions

It is kind of funny though. This overweight middle aged dude I work with asked me to listen to “his music” the other day.

Real people will be stuffing their face with junk food while constantly plugged into the AI headset. They won’t know the difference between AI and reality and, more importantly, won’t care.

Agree, it will destroy what makes us “human”

Concerts. Try and be as good as AI. You can’t beat it but AI can’t throw on a good concert…
Yet.

AI can never and will never replace live music
But it will definitely dominate the lowest common denominator and radio waves and wreck generic pop culture.
Live music circuits are fixing to make a roaring comeback and I can’t wait

AI productions Will never be quite as interesting as human productions.
The humanity is what makes the art special.

I don't know. If you actually listen to the link, I don't think you compete with that. That's pretty dirn amazing...especially on the recorded runs.

I have no interest in AI music. Music is expression; AI music is a cheap imitation of expression.

Agreed. It will be interesting to see how the ‘music business’ attempts to capitalize on AI.
This becomes an NIL issue if folks continue to use artists to sell their AI creation.

And yet, The Varsity is supposedly shutting its doors.

Giant expensive AI slop fests in places like the sphere. It will be easy and it will be extremely profitable but it isn’t art and it isn’t music.
The 2000s have been all about deconstruction of humanity, loss of God, destruction of self, and a complete subservience to Lust, Greed, Narcissism, and Misery. AI will supercharge that effort and it will be painfully sad to watch from the outside.

What the music industry has become, sure. It’s all AI and smoke and mirrors anyway.
Bands not being formed and rehearsing and bringing true talent to the stage has been dying a slow death for 20 years.
AI is not the culprit

Lot of industries are going to be DOA. Its going to be kind of a problem.

AI is gonna kill the music industry.
Live music will always be great but just for the sake of making great songs, AI is gonna out do any musician

The AI used for this song is spot on. I felt as much cringe as if I were listening to a real version of it featuring the real performers.

I was listening to an orchestral piece the other day, apparently one composer using AI tools.
