Will we ever see a major "White Flight" out of the South?

It's getting more ghetto and infiltrated by illegals than ever before
Sure, Trump and ICE are putting a bandaid on illegals, but it will ramp right back up in future regimes.
My guess: I bet we see a slow trickle westward, instead of a sudden flight.
The South has its perks, but it's getting overran with conflicting cultures and I know what the history books tell me about that.

It's hot and humid and getting more balkanized by the day.. The cities in the South are getting more rabid by the second.

Redding California to the Canadian border is mostly to very white. You have various climates from which to choose.
If enough of you leave the South those states will go Democrat and whatever you are running from will eventually come from in your new home.

I work from home and can basically live anywhere in the country I want. I choose to live in Florida.
I've lived in California, I've lived in Arizona, and I've shopped all the areas in between - and even lived in many of them. They are much worse.
What state do you think is better? I can probably tell you what makes it not so great.
