Let's have a poll of public opinion about who does...does not want Kif as the LSU coach.

I am a no vote.

How I feel When people start upvote/downvote threads

Chicken doesn’t like these types of polls but I’d be game. The CEO talk is also interesting. That would create some clicks. Clicks and followers are what the world is run by now.

I've never been totally sold on Kiffin as a HC, nor trusted him in terms of maturity, but he's clearly the best play on the board

As just an outsider Notre Dame fan.... i dont know why LSU would want Kiffin. I think LSU is better served going back to its roots and hiring a tough arse defensive coordinator.

I’m torn. As a tiger in living in TN, I’ve liked Lane since he left here and Vol fans started hating him. I think he can relate to players and get the locker room pumped. That being said, yes he turned a crap Ole Miss program around but the expectations in Baton Rouge are playoffs or bust. Can he consistently do that?

Compared to whom? My first choice is Dillingham, but I would rather have Kiffin than any of the rest. (Note: I do NOT consider Saban as a possibility.)

Do not want. Yes, he’s better than some candidates, but there are better for LSU.

Honestly I’d rather just take a shot on a no-namer than Kiffin.
He’s largely an egotistical idiot that’s proven he can’t win big games. Why would i want to make him the highest paid coach in the nation?
Bad idea
LSU fans are prisoners of the moment. Anyone on the outside looking in would question making Kiffin the highest paid coach in the nation. Based off what?
We’ll have a $14m/year snarky arse employee that posts cryptic trolling tweets without winning anything.
Yay

What about Glenn Schumann? Georgia defensive coordinator that has learned under Saban and Smart and won multiple Championships and is only 35 years old and knows the SEC through and through?

Kenny Dillingham
Jon Sumrall
Drink (His running game, at LSU would be dominate)
And I would interview the crazy guy at Georgia Tech.
I would hire the guy, whose passion can’t be contained.

Kiffin would do great here, but I don’t know why anyone would want a coach who would leave a 10-1 team who has a real chance to go far in the playoffs.
Is he going to do the same thing 4 years from now when a bigtime program really wants him and offers a massive contract?

Its like LSU fans dont remember Lane Kiffins record at big programs like Tennessee and USC....he sucked arse. Why are LSU fans so sold on this guy......because he has a good season going at Ole Miss?
