8 of the 9 games between 2005 and 2013 (the last time they were Thanksgiving) were within 1 possession. The one that wasn't was the beatdown by the baws of 2011

I live in Little Rock and I think the games here are coming to an end. Hasn't been an SEC game here in some time.

Based on their respective histories, Arkansas-LSU and Mizzou-Oklahoma makes more sense for rivalry week than what weve got now.

Such a lacklaster final game that has always drawn pretty crappy attendance in Tiger Stadium

This was pretty much already assumed.
OK and Mizzou actually have a decent history of playing each other so it makes sense to move them to last game of the year since they are permanents. And we won’t play OK every year so that couldn’t be our last game.

That game has always generated the least interest for Tiger fans of all the conference games each season. It’s usually the Super Bowl game of the season for ark which makes it a major disadvantage for LSU.
