The problem is the guys designated as the shooting threats go cold for long stretches.

Definitely need better shooters, however just the threat of their shot making pulls defenders off Zion and Queen allowing them to control the paint

Worst thing you can do with Trey and Jose is look at career or season stats..

They will shoot you out of most games and then go 7-10 a couple times and bring their overall season stats up a little

I'm ok with this, but I do not need to see any lineup with Jordan Hawkins in it ever again.

He's not good. He's not a good shooter. He is quite literally one of the worst players in the NBA.

I like a Poole/Bey/Trey/Queen/Zion lineup, I'd like to see more of that for sure.

With Hawkins that long stretch is his entire career

Neither dude in the right role shoots out of "most games"

Jose does nothing but win his minutes over and over and over again.

Sure, if Trey is your #1 or even #2 option who needs to be facilitating and creating, that's not ideal and he's not going to excel.

Trey in the right role with more catch and shoot or catch and make decisions is a good player who certainly does not shoot us out of most games.

When Murray comes back. I don’t see how you can leave any of the guys open besides Herb. Even then he should be able to shoot fine.

Murray
Herb
Murphy
Zion
Queen

Fears, Poole, Peavy, Bey, and Missi coming off the bench should help us win games too.

Not saying you're wrong, I'm just too jaded to ever think the Pels can have a healthy top 9 dudes for any period of time these days lol

Yea dude SHOULD NOT be playing on this team.

I think y'all sleep on Jose though. Jose has been pretty consistent with his jumper, especially when open but he has hit enough going around a pick for me to be OK with keeping him around.

They should definitely go get Beasley if he's ever cleared of his sports betting situation, he would fit in perfectly on this team.

Get rid of Hawkins for a 2nd, free up cap, and go get Beasley if he's cleared.

They should use him like Klay been used all these years. He's probably "slightly" a better ball handler than Klay but that's not a thing that should be put to use much. Run him off screens and make him a catch and shoot player.

Idk how his high arse arc on his shot is ideal for that, abd he doesn't jump really high so I'm not sure how useful he'd be in that role, but JB should be creating plays that has Trey running around multiple screens to get open.

So that will give you a chance in the 25-30% of the games that Zion plays. Then what?

This board is always shitting on Jose. Dude makes 4 mil and plays his heart out.

Trey as a number 2 is horrible to watch.

I just think they will be small with queen and zion.

I do like the poole bey trey zion queen lineup some but the pels have to get a legit center and more shooting and athleticism.

You need a taller 5. D and rebounding. And you only need one true shooter if he can actually shoot. Fears will be a good 1. Trey and Herb are role players off the bench

Yeah, we've been wondering whether, in the long term, DQ is a power forward or a center. I think that the evidence is now coming in that he's a center.

And that has a lot of implications. For example, it may ultimately mean that Yves Missi gets traded. Who knows?

Destroy? Brother you need to get off the drugs. Dude had a triple double with 2 mins to go in the third. I really don’t understand how intelligent people can support this team right now.

Did not happen when Queen and Zion we're on the floor. Did you watch?
