Say what you want about the Cheney family, but if Bush loses in 2000, we get 8 years of the Green New Deal devastating our economy 20 years earlier. Cheney was one of the few Republicans that took politics as seriously as Democrats and that's why he was successful. It also made him universally hated because Democrats hated because he was Republican, while Republicans hated him because he was wealthy.

I hope there is a special place in hell waiting on Dick Cheney. His lies cost over 4 Thousand young American soldiers their lives needlessly

This is all Liz. Dick was too far gone to know what was going on

What left wing influencer told you that? You do know that Democrats overwhelmingly supported the Iraq War, right? I don't know how all the faulty intelligence got blamed on Cheney but this is exactly what I was talking about. Republicans hate him because he's rich and their conspiracy theory influencers convinced them it was because of Iraq.

I don't think about them at all.

Great folks but wouldn’t go hunting with them

We talking Politicians or Voters?
Politicians loved him. His embeddedness within the MIC assured that all of Congress whom were playing ball, got those sweet little kickbacks from their warmongers efforts.
The voters though, those on the left hated him because he was a republican. Voters on the right were either traditional GOPe voters who loved him or more modern conservative voters who despised him because they recognized he was a GOPe Warpig.
In summary, he was universally despised by about 75-85% of the populace. But at least, at the time, his role wasn't to so blatantly advance a globalist agenda on US soil. His focus was on blowing up brown sand people to clear the way for the oil brigade.

Don’t care in less than 5 minutes I will forget he is dead.

Conspiracy driven drivel.
The left has won the political debate by making viewpoints like this acceptable despite the fact it's all based on opinion. When facts were required, the left stood no chance.
If you want to know what it was all about

Not a great view of them. I spent an entire day with Dick leading up to the 2000 election. Like from 6a until close to midnight, stumping the trail in Iowa and even going through tailgate lots.
Decent enough to be around, but after he helped lie us into a war I don’t have anything good to say about him.
Dinner at the end of the day I watched him go though almost an entire shaker of salt with his steak. He’d cut a piece and salt every side of it before putting it in his mouth. The volume of salt he consumed was shocking.

Aside from the fact that he got rich at Halliburton prior to becoming VP

Nah. Quite the opposite. She was acting as daddy's proxy.
