This has nothing to do with Trump!

Hint…the fraud of useless government jobs has been eliminated. Adjust your expectations.

Any revisions for the last months

U.S. economy has grown significantly over past two decades, but pace of growth has not been even from state to state; this VisualCap graphic ranked each state by real GDP per capita growth from 2000 to 2024, adjusted for inflation; current GDP per capita figures (2024) were included for second layer of context

But the MSM will spend a week spouting the lower "expected numbers" when discussing this in late September, yet when this news comes out they don't report on it. It's old news by then.
Their numbers are always lower than reality for Trump, but when Biden was in office the MSM numbers were always higher than reality. Funny how that works.

Real jobs added. Not make believe Fed Jobs.
Jobs should produce profit,…..unlike a Federal Job.

What’s shocking to me about that graph is that Florida despite having one of the biggest population migrations in US history during that period is sandwiched between WV and Arkansas as far as GDP per capita.
I can only assume that means that while people are moving to Florida with money they aren’t generating much wealth there which is very interesting.

Unemployment rate at 4.4%.. Hell 10% or more of people in the US aren't employable, minimum.
Are we still going to have to hear the weeping and gnashing of teeth from those that can't find a job?

Imbedded in the survey:
September versus YAG
Foreign born employment (700K)
American born employment +2,468K
Yet the participation rate remained the same. Sounds like someone wasnt counting total employable people last year to make the unemployment percentage look a lot better than it was.

Federal workforce:
During biden he increased the workforce approximately 140K
September vs YAG (97K)
Remember all those on furlough/severance pending job loss are still considered employed.

The population boom leans heavily towards retirees. Nice bump for the healthcare industry down there, but most of them are draining down 401ks and other savings, vs going out and getting a job.

This would be awesome if the expected jobs weren't so low
I don't think we should be spiking the football over clearing low bars
2025 has been a putrid year for job growth. If you go look at 2015-2025, excluding 2020, 2025 is by far the weakest in job growth.

That was true pre-Covid but not for the massive Covid era population influx.
You had families and independently wealthy individuals moving either IRL or for tax purposes resulting in an unprecedented wealth transfer during that period which is why I had expected to see a larger GDP impact that isn’t really reflected in the numbers here.
