“Can’t have this!! We need all the information!! We need everything!! Let them testify to prove their innocence!!!”
Right leftists? Or nah. Put this in the stack with all the other Dem Epstein friends and benefactors?

Why no subpoena?
Oh that's because it's all theater

And the same court that convicted Bannon and Navarro for the same thing would find them not guilty.

What I have seen is that the Committee hit them with subpoenas without consulting regarding their availability, that they declined to appear on the noticed date(s), and that the Committee and the Clintons are in discussions to find a date convenient to both the Committee and the witness(es).
Unfortunately, this is how about half of Congressional depositions get scheduled, because the Committee issuing the subpoena invariably does not have the courtesy to consult regarding availability, but is instead just seeking the attaboys for issuing and serving the subpoena.

Shouldn’t matter. Cancel the plans. Has anyone gotten a federal jury duty summons with dates you can fill in for your availability?

Perhaps the Rep that posted the tweet.

If I get called to testify in court I’m pretty sure I don’t get to tell the court when I’m available
Either show up or receive a bench warrant

It is only Congress that grandstands like this.

an Oversight Committee spokesperson told The Post ... that the panel is “having conversations with the Clintons’ attorney to accommodate their schedules.”
Seriously, four people smarted-off in response to my original post. Have any of the four of you ever given a deposition (your divorce case, maybe)? Did you get hit with a subpoena "out of the blue," or was the deposition sheduled by agreement through your attorney?

They have to rehearse reciting "I invoke my 5th amendment privilege."

Anna Paulina Luna, Tim Burchett and Brandon Gill should be running this country. The three most based politicians in D.C.

For a deposition? Of course you can negotiate the date.

Give them the Steve Bannon treatment.

I believe Steve Bannon spent 6 months in prison for not showing up to congress.
