I don’t have another day of this shite in me…The will he won’t he and constant fake sources are gonna drive all of us insane. Should for LSU and Florida fans too. If yesterdays interview with Lane showed anything it’s that we aren’t hearing jack shite until at least after the egg bowl until then we need to focus on the season.

First CC board experience made you quit?

Some people just aren’t cut out for it. They’re called pussies.

Sumrall is literally waiting to see how this plays out before he moves on in those discussions. That should tell you how much Ole Miss has elevated in the eyes of coaches the last 5 years.

I’m honestly not gonna blame him if he goes that’s just business. But we are all collectively losing our minds. This goes for LSU and Florida too. It’s genuinely tiresome.

I moved on like 30 minutes into the saga. Lane will do this to LSU or UF every time a big job opens up. He will probably flirt with the NFL too if given the opportunity.

Go get a coach that wants to be at LSU, not one who inserts himself into a bidding war every chance he gets.

BTW, I am not talking about your typical "coach gets some interest from a school so his current school gives him a raise and extension." ala Cignetti. Lane goes beyond that and refuses the extension until he can figure out which school he can extort the most money out of. Sure he might end up back at Ole Miss but it will be for every penny he can squeeze out of them.

What big time job is better than Florida and LSU?

Now what jobs are better than Ole Miss?

I guess it all depends on what one person values. Some people like being a slave in a massive corporation and some like being farmers. Both can claim, "I have the best job." It's a purely objective term.
