Sign it into law. A Full transparency unredacted release.

This will never happen, it has girl's names in it who were underage at the time.
I assume

Here's the thing: even if he provides full transparency and doesn't redact anything, if people aren't in those documents that we desire to be, everyone is going to scream cover-up. There's no winning here.

If only because of how strongly it was supported in Congress. 1 nay in HoR plus unanimous consent in the Senate, for whatever is left of our representative republic, is a clear indication on the will of the people.

I hadn't even considered this. It would be epic. I hope Trump does veto it.

Why do you raise this concern. Did he not encourage the GOP to support it? Why do that if you plan to veto it?
Posted on 11/19/25 at 9:57 am to Crappieman
Haha.
He can’t veto it. It’s veto proof.

He can veto it.
It isn't sent to his desk marked as veto proof.
That's not how it works.

There's enough votes to override the veto so highly doubtful He'd even try to veto it.

Raising the idea that Trump would veto a bill he publicly supported is one of those talking points designed to make the mouth breathers on the left believe that they've "won something".

He can still veto it. He won’t though as he encouraged them to pass the bill.

When is the Senate voting on this?
Posted on 11/19/25 at 10:34 am to Double Oh
Senate passed it last night.

You, I, nor anyone else has anyway of ever knowing who removed what, redacted what, or who ordered the redactions. It’s never been about that it’s only ever been about the sky screaming over “protecting pedos”

We need to allow a respectable Conservative and a respectable liberal access to read the unredacted files. They can then give their opinions as to the necessity of the redactions.
I would trust Billy Graham's opinion.

Agreed. Any talk of redactions - it better be just victim names. Call them Victim 1, Victim 2, etc.
But any and everyone that's been on that fricking island as a guest in any capacity - I wanna know who. Give us all the names and let the chips fall where they may.

As far as I know Trump hasn't given any indication that he plans to veto it
Posted on 11/19/25 at 10:43 am to Crappieman
Senate D will block it.

It doesn't matter what's on the list, the left will scream that Trump removed unwanted things and the right will scream that the Biden admin removed unwanted things.
Anyone with a functioning brain realizes that the Trump administration at least has zero chance of being able to get away with that kind of coverup. Biden acolytes probably have copies of everything and whistleblowers would come out of the woodworks. That would be the end of his presidency. Just let the cards fall where they may.
The Biden admin on the other hand had ample opportunity and will not be as heavily scrutinized by those in the know. Hopefully I'm wrong about the Biden admin and we get everything, but those people are about as trustworthy as a rattlesnake.
If the information is all about the GOP and devoid of any Democrat involvement, then there was clearly a Biden admin coverup that needs to be deeply investigated by a special council that isn't beholden to Democrats.
