I take back what I said earlier about Parisians hating British people more than Americans. This will be a disaster. At least it'll be an excuse for baws to go somewhere other than Mexico.

Fat chance. The only direct flight to Europe is to London. You'll be connecting in IAH, ATL, or NYC.

Air France has done temporary directs to CDG before for conferences etc. This one would be a no brainer.

They did a direct MSY-CDG flight last year or the year before for a week or two for that medical conference in NOLA. Don’t see why they couldn’t do two or three flights for this.

I started looking into a trip there to watch the game then take a train to Italy for at least a week.

Western Kentucky is underrated, should be a nice game in Paris.
