It's not a 22,000 page list of pedos. It's going to have all kinds of other shite in there which will make many other people look really bad, despite not being pedo's or even necessarily being criminals.

If you get a warrant to wiretap a suspect, you have to state what specific crime you are looking for. You can't just get the warrant, collect all this info, some bad shite on a lot of people, but not enough to charge them with a crime, then release it all to the public just to destroy people or satisfy Twitter.
