Change it to another country instead of state? Not sure. I'm not a degenerate gambler, though I do thoroughly enjoy sticking it to the man.

Posting this question and your intentions on a public message board is a great idea!

Your credit card has to have an address on it that allows gambling.

They will know what you are doing and ban you.
VPN's only work when dealing with cable/internet companies and downloading movies and what not b/c your home internet provider doesn't really give a shite that you're doing this, but they legally have to give a shite if you don't use a VPN. Even though you are using a VPN to download Debbie does Dallas, or watch illegal IPTV, they still know what you did, they just don't care anymore.

Is it legal to change your date of birth on your ID so you can buy booze at 18 even though the drinking age is 21?

In order to bet on sports in a State? In order to place sports bets? That sentence pissed me off honestly.

Texas people drive across the border to place bets

When you set up your account you have to put the address your credit card is linked to so they can verify it.
If you put a Texas address you get an error message, believe me I personally tried.
Why would driving across state lines have anything to do with an online account?

As long as you geolocate to a state where gambling is legal you can gamble on the app.
I have used the apps in several states.
