Why are we ignoring the House in Gainesville???

Seems like the deal is done.do we really believe a random person bought the house the same day of the wife’s visit. I believe the visit to BR was to show Lane that’s she’s open, but not really. I believe we lost this one guys.

You do realize houses are bought everyday right? Do you also realize it’s rarely a same day transaction? Even on multi-million dollar homes there are things like inspections, title searches, etc that have to take place.
I’d bet a lot that house wasn’t even o e she looked at, if she looked at any.

If all you are saying is a house in FL went to pending status that is nothing. Sale could be contingent on a 14 day window to final accept if job is taken in UF. Probably just took some minor deposit cash.
