Ole Miss’ greatest crowd was 68,000 last week.

Now that is a joke. 68k in Tiger stadium is a bad day for LSU.

Not sure I’d be trying to dunk on Ole Miss touting a sold out crowd while LSU ran at 70% capacity this weekend

I dont know what you are trying to prove. They have a smaller stadium? They also beat us this year.

If you are going to shite on OM there are way better reasons, like their banner for 03 west division co champions.

This OP is little brother behavior I’m afraid.

Yes they did beat us this year. Doesn’t take away from the fact that maybe their coach wants to go to a program that has more resources and brings in more people. Grow up you little shite.

70% capacity is still more than them. Let’s be honest if LSU stadium was only 68,000 it would be 100% capacity every week

What does any of that have to do with OP being a bad faith argument and not understanding 100% is better than 70%?

Probably so! It wasn’t always that way. Hopefully we’ll steal their coach and they’ll stay at the same capacity forever!

It was exactly that until the west side expansion in the late 70's.

I was at that game. It was Curley Hallman's last home game as LSU's coach. Tiger Stadium had a capacity of roughly 90,000 then, and saying that 45,000 people were in the stands is probably being generous.

I don't know if there's ever been less energy or enthusiasm than I witnessed that night.

While this year has had more than its share of disappointment, I hope we as a fan base never again reach that level of apathy and complete disgust/unhappiness.

For those who complain about pre and post game traffic, there was absolutely NO problem either reaching, or leaving, the stadium that sad and pitiful night.

The stadium was packed to the very end.

Or you could say they do more with less. They have Bama, State and Arkansas closer geographically than LSU is to any SEC school, and in a state with half the population of Louisiana. Maybe we should step it up and build out for 140,000.

Kiffin vs BK are 2-2 vs each other.

BK got paid 50 million to go away for doing that at LSU while kiffin is the hottest coach in the country for doing that at ole miss. We are not the same.

How’s the fan experience inside of the stadium? 68k sounds good to me if it means not being crammed in between too many fat asses that don’t fit on the row
