Lane is too smart to hire O as an assistant.
And I don't think anyone at LSU is dumb enough to hire O again after we had to fire him.

O was a bozo when it was given full control. As a DL coach, he wouldn't have that control. O is 64 years old. No one is going to hire him as a HC (at least not anytime soon). If he wants to coach again AND stay in Louisiana, this would be his shot.
Frankly, I would be shocked if O didn't join his staff.
