I have a cheap one bought from Amazon and love it. It has wireless charging and shows me the time. It’s too bright though. I’m on the middle setting but the lowest setting is almost not visible. I like it because I can quickly glance at the time. No need to look at my watch. Haven’t used the alarm or radio in years.

Sí but I don't love mine. This is the second one I've had that loses time . So if it's 10pm it shows 9:57.....a month later it's 9:55.....i need a new one again but my last two have been like this.

The best part is you just toss it. I think mine was only 15 bucks.

Mine is an Itoma. Just checked and I spent around $24 for it two years ago. I had one with a Lightning port but it died after almost a decade of service. Rarely use the charger now. Basically just a night light and time keeping device.

Mine is from the early 90s. The cassette player doesn't work but the radio does.

I still use the one someone gave me from my wedding.

It projects the time onto the ceiling. It's pretty handy.

Never thought the projection was necessary. No need to broadcast my temporal moments in bed.

It’s one of the few things I own that lift me up when I am in a massive depression. Just when I feel like giving up, I look at it and return to feeling hopeful.

I have one that also has different sounds to help you sleep such as rainforest, beach, distant thunderstorm, etc. In addition to AM/ FM radio.

Well the reason it stays on my nightstand is that it projects the time on the ceiling above my head so all I have to do is open my eyes and see what time it is.

I can see that. When I see the time I say OK it’s time to go most mornings. I’m retired now so most times I just say frick it I can go a few more minutes.

Mine also has that setting and I love the rainforest mode but it has a loud bird like a toucan that squawks every 10 minutes or so and it’s too much. Wakes me up and don’t understand why they put that in there.

Cassette player? We must send that to the Smithsonian.

I get enough authenticity. I have a train.come by roughly every morning around 4. Doesn’t bother me much now but I know what time it is when I hear it.

We still have a GE with the cd player on top, last time I checked the cd player still worked. I know it’s older than our oldest child who’s about to be 23.
