Absolutely. Charges faster. I got a thing that props it up on my night stand so it’s easy to just set my phone on it.

While the wireless feature of magsafe is convenient, wired charging is faster than wireless

Well shite. It always seemed faster to me than my lightning cable. I’m still not on a usb c phone.

Hell yeah. I don’t understand why people don’t use it

I bought my kid a MagSafe magnetic holder for her air vent in her car. I used it once and bought me one. That thing is on there like glue and doesn’t wobble or move around.

As long as you're not one of those weenies that needs a ring on the back of your case to keep from dropping it, yes. While it charges slower than wired, I'm also going to stick my phone on my Mag Safe charger on my desk or next to my bed much faster, and much more often, than I'm going to plug in a cable. The only time I charge my phone with a cable is when I'm in a hotel or at my couch.

They also last longer. My kids go through a damn cable a month.

Depends on the block that the cord is connected too. The new blocks that are apple OEM are incredibly fast with the new iPhone. The small blocks take forever to charge phones. The new blocks are 20W and the old ones are 5W. Most MagSafe are 15w but you can get 25w MagSafe now.

I only trust military-grade flashlights, phone accessories and food insurance that I see advertised during Fox & Friends.

I've got several magsafe chargers. I bought one I keep on my nightstand that has a little flip out Apple Watch charger too, and it is very fast. I've got like a 20W block USB-c that it is plugged into. Also have a couple of magsafe batteries. One stays on my desk at work, and I grab it when we're going on a trip so I can charge up on the drive if I need to. Has enough juice to charge the phone fully twice. Anker brand, and they're great. Ended up buying a second one to have a spare. We go camping often and it is nice to be able to charge the phone up without dealing with a charger and wires. Just attach it to my phone at night and it is full and ready to go the next day.

Anyone that trusts this has clearly never been issued gear.

Dont pull on the chord to unplug your charger. Take it out by the head

I love it. Just throw phone on the night stand at night.

In car (don't charge with it) but I have a vent phone holder that's magsafe. Much safer than fumbling around,

Isnt quick charging supposed to be really bad for the battery?

These chargers can't charge a battery faster than the BMS in the phone allows, most newer BMS know how to balance charging rate with battery life cycle. Phones with fast charging capability negotiate the charging rate with a given compatible charger, no charger can force a phone to charge faster though so anyone buying any phone charger that promises faster charging times is just getting scammed.
