Obviously he can’t. But I’ll try to answer your first question. For most wars it is hard toclearly identify which country started it. For some it’s easy. When Alexander mobilized his father’s army and marched through Asia it was obvious.

But take Ukraine/Russia as an example. There are thread after thread on this board arguing about whether Russia was the aggressor, or whether their invasion of Ukraine was a defensive action.

Similarly, did Oct 7 start this Gaza war, or was it Israeli treatment of Palestinians over the previous decades? Was it a natural defensive response to decades of sinister settlement building or was it just a brutal unjustified attack? Objective people find the answers to be complex.

Couple of fricking weasels. Don't care for either one of them.
