Arkansas QB averages over 6 yards per carry, not good

Rarely in football are their absolutes. Like this team will perform this way because they’re playing this offense. Sometimes a defense give up 14 or 42 to a dual threat QB. But Blake Baker has been incredibly consistent at being really bad vs mobile QBs. Good against pocket passers. I really would not put it pass LSU to lose this game due to I don’t think the offense can keep up with what our defense allows to dual threat QBs.

Fire up Harlem Berry for 20+ carries and play keep away from Arkansas and Petrino.

Passes to the flat also, but yeah vs running QB's it's been embarrassing for two years now.

Is this the same QB that LSU held to -10 yards rushing last year?

O/U for if we’re going to score a touchdown, for the rest of the season?

He's a better runner than Pavia for sure and as good or better than the Aggie at running and is good at passing too.

They've scored over 30 points on pretty much every team they've played this year. They probably will again Saturday.

Now their defense is the worst in the SEC without question. But still not sure we can score the 35-40 we may need to win this one.

Yes, but that QB (like most) actually improved each game. I know that is hard to understand after watching our QB throughout his career.

We absolutely ate this guys lunch last year with a worse defense. The key is getting 40 back.

All the "Keys is better than Weeks" crowd were proven so incredibly wrong over the past few weeks. 40 is the straw that stirs the drink. If he cant go then its probably going to be a very long day.

Yes, but he was really banged up when they played us last year. He got injured in their game against Tenn prior to us

Caden and Harlem should each get 12-15 carries.

The issue isn't running QBs. The issue is running QBs who can throw when the run is taken away. This guys stinks as a passer.

Our defense has trouble with running QB because we take horrible lanes to QB, get pushed out of those lanes and do not tackle well.

It’s been embarrassing for a lot longer than 2 years now. We sucked before baker was ever here with running QBs. It feels crazy to say because I remember when LSU was the very best at defending running QBs like Manziel.
