My choice is Alex Golesh

I don’t have any idea who we will hire. I have no idea whether to believe the media, the keystone mafia, or sketchy figures running the search.
My choice is Alex Golesh, he’s a brilliant offensive mind, recruits in the relentless recruited state of Florida and is tough as nails. He was Tennessee’s OC under Huepel got the job at USF and has done a good job being the HC at a lower tier school in a competitive state. Miami, Florida, Florida St, UCF are all better jobs than USF without a doubt. I’ve read his biography and this guy is driven beyond belief. He moved with his family as a kid from Russia with a net worth of $13. Taught himself and his family English, worked HARD to get where he’s at. Didn’t know a damn thing about football when arrived and his life has been engulfed in the sport since his teens. He is disciplined, tough, relentless worker, and lives&breathes college football. I don’t think we would break the bank and is still young but grounded. I know I want get a lot of upvotes but he’s my choice but as I’m sure we all know my choice and the choices of this forum don’t me squat.

His Mickey Mouse offense gives me some pause. Look at Vandy, it already seems there is a market adjustment now that people are starting to take them seriously.
Doesn’t mean don’t hire him, just something that I think is a serious consideration

100% agree. He would be my top choice and I think he would kill it here. Watching him in interviews and press conferences he is pretty fiery as well, and would bring some energy back to the program.

I’d be happy with Geauxlesh

I want to see more of his interviews
the one's i've seen he doesn't come across as a guy who steals the room and can sell a vision with his personality. He's carries himself somewhat dry...
he's very rough, never shaves, getting puffy looking, wears a ballcap all the time...
I don't know how I feel about him...
Kiffin is clean cut and phyically fit, so is Freeman... I like a leader who is polished and walks the walk

Admittedly the way they started the season was very nice. They beat the shite out of my alma mater Week 1. Turns out Boise State isnt very good this year. I think he is a fine coach, but just don't know. I'd rather someone more proven

At least you posted a thread about an actual coach that LSU should consider and would be a good hire instead of posting useless threads about Gruden, Riley, and Gundy.

Like Kelly? youre worried about the wrong things. LSU needs a football coach. One who breathes it 24/7. We dont need a politician

I’m for Saban or Kiffin. But I’ve thought about it, and I’m totally fine with him as fall back guy.
He might legit be my true #3. I’d be pleased for sure… and including all the reasons you said.

I really hope you are right. We won’t have to completely break the bank to get him and we will get someone with the work ethic, drive and determination that we thought we were getting with Brian Kelly

if it's not a big fish (i'm assuming that ship has sailed with our moron Gov) that guy fits the bill.
