“The People's Republic of China has fully designated and listed all 13 precursors used to make fentanyl... Effective immediately, essentially, @POTUS has shut off the pipeline that creates fentanyl… These substances are now BANNED.”

I know we will never stop all fentanyl to coming here. But pretending we do, I’m curious how many years worth are presently here? I’m speaking of course illegal fentanyl not medical

I'm asking as someone that has no clue about the inner workings of creating Fentanyl, but can it be made in the US?

Chinese made fentanyl has no purpose and we don’t need it. They aren’t making fentanyl suckers

You say legitimate medical usage but it not properly administered and watched over is a problem I know firsthand as my son was dosed with some after surgery. There was but 7 nurses on the floor that required 11 and he was given some without a monitor hooked up. This was after another nurse had given him morphine and dialysis. He coded as my wife was in a haze while sitting with him all day and as I walked in a nurse had followed in behind me and immediately called in a code. They gave him narcan but got the next few hours it was pure hell

I was getting surgery last year and was nervous. The doctor came up to me and said "your going to be so high on fentanyl you won't know what's happening". Sure enough I just felt good. I was awake the whole time and didn't feel a thing besides cold.

It’s enough of the precursors already made for the next 50 years

Illicit fentanyl is made in the us on a very small scale.

This is the thing about medical fent. They have nurses there ready to give you narcan when you overdose.

Would this small scale be enough for medical purposes? It doesn't take a lot of fentanyl to make a difference right?

The stuff people take medically in the US. Is probably made in the US. Most of the medications I take are made in the US. I only know this because my Pharmacist usually justs throws a prescription label on the bottle the medicine is shipped in.

Had a shot of that shite before my last surgery (appendectomy). It sent me past the edge of the solar system. Pretty awesome stuff. Can see why it's so addictive.

He said as hook up to any machines at the time. He went through recovery and was placed on a floor that was 40% under staffed. If that nurse happened to walk in minutes later that narcan would have been useless. He had 3 different narcotics given to him because over a short span because of negligence. It was the fentanyl given 30 minutes after dilaudid pain medication. The point being even medical fentanyl is dangerous, way more so than morphine

And that's fine, the US can produce what it needs domestically for legitimate medical use.
