He said he hadn't been able to do this in "almost 2 decades," ever since a 2007 spinal stroke left him paralyzed. The former WCW champion, once reliant on a wheelchair, credited his progress to DDP Yoga. The photo shows a new level of balance and strength in his recovery.

Diamond Dallas Page. He is a true blessing for many people in this world.

And one of the first comments:

Remarkable!

He has done some amazing work with the guys we grew up on. Can’t wait to see who’s next

I remember watching this video and the transformation this guy made was truly incredible and inspiring. I was in awe. Still chokes me up today.

I’ve been meaning to start doing yoga again and stretching again. It’s so good for you. Just reminds me of my crazy liberal, pusdy eating ex.

Honestly, that is fantastic for Luger. I watched some video (doc maybe?) about DDP and all the shite he does to help people like this and it was honestly pretty awesome. Seems like just one of those good dudes in life.

I'm sure some people will see this and be like "why the hell is someone putting up a Christmas tree newsworthy?" But it's honestly really cool.

His transformation has been amazing . DDP is a miracle worker and an even better person.

That's impressive! What DDP has done with Luger, Scott Hall, Jake Roberts, Butterbean, and others is nothing short of miraculous.

Even though Scott Hall passed on he was in terrible shape before DDP helped him out.

Resurrection of Jake the snake Roberts is an awesome documentary it shows him

I met DDP in New Orleans back in the late 90s. One of the coolest, most down-to-earth guys I've ever met.
