6 year old boy in Cincinnati had his hands & feet tied by security guard

6-Year-Old Found Tied in School Transport Vehicle — CPS Investigating
Cincinnati, OH — November 6, 2025
A 6-year-old boy from Roberts Academy was discovered with his wrists and ankles bound by socks inside a transport van used by Cincinnati Public Schools to take him to an after-school program.
School staff found the restraints and marks on his arms after the ride. In a heartbreaking remark, the child reportedly told his father, “Daddy, at least the socks weren’t dirty.”
“I asked him who tied the ankles and feet, and he said ‘The security guard tied them, daddy’
“He’s got marks all over his arms. They tied it very tight behind his back, sitting on the back of the floor. More than 20 minutes, maybe 25 with traffic on the highways.”
A Police Report has been filed with CPD.
Cincinnati Public Schools and the after-school provider launched internal reviews, and Child Protective Services has been notified.

Someone from the after school program staff found him like that and took pictures to give his parents. I don’t think the lady in those pictures tied him up but is one of the people who found him like that at the after school program. She is also not wearing anything a child would think a security guard would wear.

If people are saying the perp is black because of the lady in the pictures they are likely going to be embarrassed when they find out she was one of the workers who found the child, documented it, and immediately called the parent and shared the pictures used in the news report.
The perp would not take a picture showing his or her psycho work and share with the parents without that being a huge part of story. She also isn’t wearing anything security guard related. She is a worker at the after school program and one of the workers who found the kid and informed the parents.
If the story or anyone is saying the perp is black because the security guard is known and is black than that’s a different story, but no story I have read on this has mention anything identifying about the security guard yet. The lady in picture in tweet is not the security guard but found the kid tied up like that.
