I’ll never understand drafting a first round qb and letting the lame duck coach stay.

NFL has to be the worst place to be a coach...you get handed a team by the front office that you might have little say in. They are all richer than you and you have little power over them. Payroll limits such that you get stuck with overpaid players.
I guess your only hope is hiring the right coordinators that will get pilfered to be a headcoach somewhere else.

He’s done a terrible job there and will still get paid. It’s not that bad.
He’s never really created success. It was always inherited from strong programs (New England/ bama )
