Basically all but admitted that the OL is hideous and severely limiting what they can do on offense. It also seems that they ran out of ways they could hide the OL with Nuss in and that that’s why they put MVB in, which is what a lot of this board has called for. God what a sad state of affairs. But ultimately the staff is playing with the hand they are dealt and that OL is an absolute killer.

Failure of the fired head coach and the OL coach, who, for some reason, still has a job as of this evening.

Nuss needs to make better decisions. He is a 5th yr senior. He needs to recognize that his OL is horrible. He either needs to run when the pocket breaks down or throw the ball away. Not go back 20 yards and take a sack.

Also the screens don't work. Bc the WRs can't block. Just as bad as OL play is WR play is abysmal too. Hankton sucks. The WRs have no separation. Can't catch. And cant block. What the hell is he coaching them to do if they can't do the basic things a WR needs to do?

Nuss should be calling an audible on those screen plays. Unacceptable

He's not going to do any of this, we're way past the point that he's going to change. The best thing for this team for the remainder of the season is for him to sit.

Imagine being that AD that sacrificed your career and a $53 million buyout to hold on to one failing offensive line coach

He must have really had the pics

The story that needs to be told more Woodys bad hires, spying because a lack of oversight with how his big name hire was absent mentally and detached from the team physically!

I’ll never understand how Brad could turn out some good lines before this year. I can’t reconcile how inconsistent this line is with 2023. But man is it bad this year.

23 wasn’t good, Jayden was elite. The 24 line was essentially the 23 line (minus the center) with another year of experience and we couldn’t run for anything.

This staff and roster needs to be 90% gutted after the season. Poor roster management, poor talent evaluation, poor coaching. There's very little currently here to build on for next season, which could be even worse than this one.

I knew Kelly was done for when he said “I know a good offensive line when I see one, and this is a good offensive line”

Listen man, you don’t have to throw your players under the bus. But it’s ok to challenge them. Same way Saban used to.

If we could hire a qualified former offensive line coach on staff Davis would be fired. The only guy that could do that is Alex Atkins our acting offensive coordinator. Davis will be gone soon and should not have been retained at all this season.

Plenty of open WRs, QB just can't or doesn't have time to find them.

Out of the gazillion analysts on staff, no one can coach offensive line? No one could guess at coaching it? Someone else’s guesses would still be better than Davis.

With as bad as our OL is this season, our only shot is with a mobile QB.

Exactly. You can’t run a functional offense when your line’s that inconsistent. I actually thought they schemed around it okay for a bit, but teams have figured it out
