I think we should set a new standard and offer 8 mil a year to get rid of all the possible hires just looking for a retirement check. Give me someone who’s hungry.

You’re not paying that to coach a sport as much as you’re getting that to give people that support the team an enjoyable escape from the day to day. People will pay to be taken away from day to day stress.
