It would be funny if they filed motions to quash the subpoenas based on jurisdiction issues and that litigation took so long the admin ran out of time before the 2028 election, before any testimony was even given.

It would be funny if John Brennan got lost on his SpaceX tour and they accidentally launched him into space on a test rocket.

It would be funny if people didn't ruin this thread by feeding the troll who will make it about him.

Clapper, a long-time target of President Trump."

Erin Burnett, as expected, is nothing but a little propaganda puppet for her corporate media overlords. Hell, CNN might as well.hire a certain lawyer who posts here.

Let me give you a preview of these grand juries....

It’ll be either that or 10,000 utterances of, “I don’t recall."

Is pleading the 5th in a grand jury hearing the same as doing so in other settings, from a strategy standpoint? Seems like it would only increase the likelihood of indictment.

I'm honestly not familiar with the strategic differences.

Here we have SFP making no doubts about the fact that he doesn't wish to see justice served.

The only difference is that in a GJ the jurors are permitted to draw a negative inference from it and at trial they cannot.

If the CJ isn't for them, then there should be no functional difference.
