I liked the defense, turning into points on the fast break. If the team can play more solid defense like that they will be better than last season.
Lots of new pieces on this team, will be interesting to see how they come together down the stretch

No, too early for any basketball.

Top 3 in coaching salary & NIL for woman’s basketball . Much better than having a competitive men’s BB team. ??

They start off fast every season, that's why they schedule cupcakes at first.

Probably not, no one really cares

Watched the entire first half, then flipped back and forth during the second.

They still lose money.

I watched it. Kim switched players five at a time it seemed like it every five minutes. The second group were a little sloppy but you could see the talent. ZaKiyah Johnson is going to be the next super star. She looked like a veteran out there. Bella Hines is a three point assassin.
Mulkey usually played eight players in a game. She has twelve players that can play every night if she wants too. This team is the most talented team mulkey has had at LSU. And kuval is not just a inside player. She hit a very nice shot outside the paint. Huge upgrade at center. Meghan Yarnevich is a player that gets overlooked. She is only six feet tall but is very physical. Reminds me of a female charles Barkley. Should be a great season.

She scheduled like that to see what her best combination of players work best. Jay does the same thing early with the season. Don't see a problem with that.

If I were scheduling LSUWBB, I would schedule 3 real opponents and some good midmajors. But I cannot argue with Kim's success.
I think SLU had some players missing, out sick.

I honestly have a very hard time watching women's basketball.
I watch Sweet 16 and on when the Lady Tigers are playing. It is hard, but it is my alma mater -
I'd support a tiddlywinks player from LSU if they were in the nation championship... but that would probably be more enjoyable to watch.

I used to talk shite on women’s basketball before I started watching when Kim got here.
People who bad talk women’s basketball don’t fully appreciate just how talented they are. It’s easy to watch a few minutes see a bit of clumsiness and dismiss them or joke about it if you don’t give it a chance.
Honestly watching it the last 4 years now I think it is a much more of a pure sport than the men’s game. They obviously do not have the athleticism that men have so have to be more technical.

Who the frick cares? Is it your money? I doubt saying “do you want fries with that?” every day gets you into the top levels of TAF.

SLU needed a desperation 3 at the buzzer to cut it from 92 to 89.
