1. Stay the course no matter how long it takes
2. Give in to the Democrats demands over Health Care
3. End the Filibuster and pass as much stuff before the midterms and left the chips fall where that may.

Stay the course.
While I agree that democrats will try to end the filibuster, it’s one of the only things that keeps them from pushing huge left wing agendas when they get power.
If the shutdown goes another month or two, reassess. I think the democrats will cave when their dependent voters bitch enough.

4. End the filibuster, pass the CR, reinstate the filibuster then claim they "had to use the nuclear option because the Democrats would rather give free healthcare to illegals instead of allow American families to have food."

Stay the course
No point in giving the Dems what they wanted now that the midterms are over.

FWIW, I choose option 3. If the filibuster is already a dead man walking. I truly believe the Dems will end it if and when they gain control of the Senate and we need a first strike. Pass new voter laws for federal elections that makes cheating harder.

I choose Option 3. There is no need for a filibuster. That is what the presidential veto is for.

Why are these your options when the deal thats currently being discussed isn't any of those things?

It’s now or never to pass meaningful legislation, this opportunity might not come around for another century

I don't actually know and I would not know how to actually pass anything through the abortion that is Congress.
Can you say< I don't know" on the internet?
You never see it here so I think it must be illegal, right?

The Democrats and liberal media have been using the "Republicans have control over all branches"..well, use it. Actually take control.

is there a way to come up with an agreement for the Republicans agree to extend the subsidies for low income families and tell those that make a certain percentage over the poverty rate to nut up and get marketplace health insurance?

4. (Per scott mckay) make them do a real filibuster- make them talk on the floor until they all fall over

Won't we sooner or later be in emergency conditions in this country? Then does the president use emergency powers for example to make the air travel system work? If not, then the republicans will have to end the filibuster. Finally, it is obvious the energy in the democrat party is derived from younger, radicalized people. Many could have been radicalized in their public school or college educations. Where is the energy from the equivalent age group in republicans? Finally, it would be best if the republicans experience turnover in their representatives such that a younger generation of politicians comes to the fore. Who in the existing group is willing to fight for anything? I can think of Brandon Gill in Texas.
