God bless Senator Kennedy! He is an absolute gem & says what is rarely reported—LSU academics gets overshadowed by athletics but is every bit as excellent.
ETA: He also could have noted the current US Speaker of the House is a 2-time LSU grad.

This is great.
Kennedy is a wonderful orator and makes me proud that he represents this state in DC. For all of its faults and problems, LSU is a very special place and it means the world to me.
