I had forgotten just how amazing 1994 was as a whole until I saw this chart. So many different types of bands. I love almost every song.
Can’t imagine not knowing and loving all this music.

Damn! That's a really solid list! What a time to be alive.
Mazzy Star at 20 shows how great the music was at the time.

What a great list and time to be alive. Senior year in HS, popping in CDs from a huge black case and jamming.

Yea I'd say that's pretty good
Dumb question maybe but what is the ***airpower*** highlight for?
I was only 8 but I feel like boys 2 men and all 4 one were the only thing on the radio from 1994-1997

Compiled from a national sample of airplay supplied by Broadcast Data Systems' Radio Track service, 38 modem rock stations are electronically monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Songs ranked by number of detections.
• Tracks showing an increase in detections over the previous week, regardless or
chart movement. Airpower awarded to those records which attain 400 detections for the first time.

90s pop music was unreal.
Some oddballs in there though.
- "Good Enough" by Sarah Mclachlan. I don't remember the song at all. I just listened to it and it doesn't ring a bell.
- "Sweet Jane" by Cowboy Junkies. Same as above.
- "Something's Always WRong" by Toad the Wet Sprocket. I have no recollection of this song. Maybe this one was on the charts briefly because they had hits before. It certainly has that mid-90's sound though.
- "Mockingbirds" by Grant Lee Buffalo

Remake of the Lou Reed song with the Velvet Underground. Loved that band and saw them at Tipitina's back around that time.
For those who also haven't heard of it...

I've heard that one and the Natural Born Killers version.

90s weren't my favorite, but that is still a pretty good list. Far Behind.

The song was released by them in 88 or 89 it tracked again because of Natural Born Killers.
That list does bring back some nostalgia feels.

Here’s the same chart 1 year prior.
It’s definitely as good as 94. Again I love almost every single one of these songs.
But as a whole, I have to go with 94.
