How do we get better?

What is the plan to get better? This looks like a 10 year rebuild at this point. The tackles are locked down which is good. QB is obviously an issue, and one that I don’t think will be solved this year

We need two guards, three WR’s, a DE, a safety and a stud CB. Sign an expensive QB in the offseason and that’s all we need.

I think the average (correct me if wrong) prediction was a 3 win season. Yet many are posting like they just realized it.
