TE for Iowa St took a shot walking off field and fell out. Cart coming gone to commercial

Looked bad. He was hit on the play. You could tell he was hurt took a few steps and collapsed
Safety hit him with shoulder below his rib cage on his left side

Was hit while walking? Was the play going on, was it after the play…
