As a governor, if you are going to come out publicly and address a topic, at least do your homework and know what you are talking about. Jeff CLEARLY does not understand the hiring/firing process. Prior to this debacle, it was mostly done behind the scenes. But Mr. Attention Whore decided to change that. On top of that, he is a terrible public speaker, maybe worse than Blanco.
