Very few people considered hiring BK and giving him the contract he got a mistake when it happened.

Sometimes the right decision leads to a bad outcome. A bad outcome doesn’t inherently mean you made a bad decision and should be run off for it. Hell - Woodward got fired for firing BK…if he had not fired him he’d still have a job. Is that what he should have done?

I hate these contracts as much as anyone, but this is the age of CFB we lived in 4 years ago. Woodward is far from the only one negotiating these deals.

If you think the HC job is more appealing knowing that you’re dealing with the expectations of your employer and the governor, you’re wrong.

It was a personal hit from a moron governor and lsu athletics are worse off because of it.

If Scott wants to AD again, he’ll get picks of top open jobs.

Verge may be "leading" the search but this is going to be the BOS and the boosters mainly

Biggest concern with Verge is if he gets rid of Austin Thomas

We are so fricked. Yesterday, we were a top 5 job. Now we're a pawn in some little man's reelection campaign.

Unfortunately 1/2 the board can’t comprehend that you be conservative and also think Landry should STFU.

Committing a crime does not make you a criminal. Losing to A&M doesn't make you a bad coach .

Woodward made the best decision he could have when he hired Kelly. Kelly was thought of as a solid choice, and we were about to be left at the alter empty handed when Lincoln Riley took the USC job. Woody was a good AD, the buffoon Governor needs to get out of this.

The vast majority of people are too dumb to understand this concept. It's just a witch hunt at this point.

4 head coaches in the top 12 took a head coaching job that year.

Brian Kelly was clearly not the best decision he could have made.

Unfortunately Scott is too lazy to do an actual search but thankfully that is remedied

Boosters that aren’t on Landry’s list are already being cut out of the loop.

$53 million buyout causes a big reaction. Men’s basketball next mess to clean up.

Woody failed to vet BK- If he would have talked to former players he would have never hired him- I talked to ND player/ now NFL and he did not have good things to say about him- so that was a fialure- Im sure if you would have asked some LSU former players/ current most would say the same
