I see everyone faulting SW but not the people who approved the hire.
Like people were faulting BK for the play calls since he heard every play called and could have veteod it.

Most of them including more than half of the BOS members are already gone. And they approved the hire because they trusted the man whose job it was to make the hire. Their trust was not rewarded.
