For the low price of $2,300 you could do a meet and greet.

They’re doing like 4 or 5 shows in Fort Worth. I don’t know how I feel about paying those prices to see a female drummer replacing Neal Peart

Got my tickets a couple weeks back to the June 26 Ft Worth show.

From what I saw, the highest VIP package was about $1300.

I'm not going more because of the ages of Alex and Geddy than the new drummer. There is no way to replace Peart, but she is probably really good in her own right.

I watched some of her stuff when they made the announcement. She's very good. But, she's not Neil, and that's the main reason I didn't buy a ticket for this tour. I did buy a ticket for Iron Maiden and Megadeth next year, though.

Main reason I'm not going and main reason I didn't go 10 years ago. They were old them. They play slower almost making some of the songs sound plodding. Alex was really sloppy last few tours. Geddy's voice, wow. I liked his voice all those years when most didn't, but last time they toured, wow, it sounded really really bad. He can sing, but they have to downtune everything and it sounds just really awful.
I wish them and all that go to the shows well, but I just want to remember them as they were.

This, and he was still flat sounding.

I was thinking about getting some Toronto tickets but man they are pricey. We'll see maybe I'll do when it gets closer

Same here. I saw Rush 3 times in the last 20 years including the final tour with Neil. I’m good. No plans to see them play with a new drummer & I wonder what Geddy’s voice is going to sound like. I also got Maiden/Megadeth/Anthrax pit tickets for the Alamodome next year. That is going to be insane

This was bad, no way I could sit through that.

Yeah, I've seen RUSH probably half a dozen times and don't really need to see this version of them. More power to Alex and Geddy getting out there to play music for their fans but I don't think going to a show would add anything to my fandom. The last couple of times I saw them Geddy was a little rough vocally. Anthrax isn't playing the show I'm going to in Charlotte. I'm not a huge Anthrax fan, but I wouldn't mind seeing them just because. I've seen Maiden once and Megadeth twice. Looking forward to it.
