More attention to detail when prepping players.
He’s on par with Kirby and Saban in that regard.
I was listening to his press conference pre-UGA game and he could tell that other teams had their signals.
Also pre-snap he whistles to his QB on what read will be available based on tells from defenses. He is very smart…
Now he makes bone head calls and gets aggressive but there will be a year where that all works out for him and he wins a natty.

1. Offense.
2. He knows what he doesn't know. His defenses always used to be terrible. Over the years, he's gotten better at picking DCs and handing off D completely to them.
I'll take that over the "CEO" generalist who doesn't actually know what TF is going on on either side of the ball.

Good offenses every year. Won’t have to rely on a different OC every year to be good

Understanding that winning takes work, motivates his players to win,

Elite, creative offenses. He gets a good DC then Kiffin will be deadly at LSU

A championship.
I have ZERO doubt that Kiffin could build a championship team at LSU (though I really thought BK could have managed it as well). My issue with Kiffin is I fear that after winning he would do like Ed O did and party instead of staying focused. Maybe he has matured. I can’t say for sure. That’s my hang up with Kiffin.

I think ,though he may not say it, he would like to win multiple championships and no he would not pull an Ed O...

He's as good or better than anyone in college football at offensive play-calling.

he has a QB from Timbuktu University playing like the SEC POY.
LSU had "Heisman frontrunner" returning and he played like 2008 Jarrett Lee
basically all you need to know

You get the greatest troll in college football, he will fit right in

You right Earl.
Kiffin make water turn into wine for the quarterbacks.
The plays he draws up are marvelous. The play with the tight end coming around the backside to seal the game against l s u was something that hasn't been drawed up here in years.
