Paying recruits is legal now. He won’t be getting 5* to come to LSU. Even with all that talent, he never accomplished anything here

Rousse also loves Will Wade and Wade feels indebted to him. Will depend on the new AD but obviously if it’s Schroyer they are going to do everything possible to bring Will Wade back to LSU.

YES HE DID!!!! He made LSU basketball fun and entertaining. That’s all we want. We are a football and baseball school. Those are the sports we expect championships. No one really expects a basketball championship. But give us a fun and exciting team to watch that wins more than it loses, makes the tournament most years and occasionally makes a run to the sweet 16 and everyone is happy. Will Wade gave us that and would have given us that for his whole career. It’s not hard to understand.

I agree with most of your post. However, it took Scott Drew EIGHTEEN seasons to win a national championship at Baylor. For the first 17, it included all those fun wild rides you described.
