Has won championship
4 CFP appearances
Recruits with the best
Has had a bit of a rocky road at ohio st with fans
May want to compete in the SEC
Only has a 6 million buyout (I think)
Ohio St would be fine promoting Hartline.
Big Name.
More accomplished than Lane
About as safe of a big whale name that exists.

Why aren't we talking about Day more?

Because he currently has the best job in CFB and if he wanted to leave would go to the NFL

LSU is not a better job than Ohio State in the NIL era. Don't be delusional

He won the championship last year. The monkey is off his back. Probably wins it again this year. Soft schedule every year. Crazy to leave that.

He’s not coming to LSU that’s why. He’s an OSU guy, solid.

I’m not an advocate for anyone but I do like Key (currently Georgia Tech’s HC) if no other reasons than he ruined Florida States’s season last year year in the opener and finished off Clemson’s this year. We definitely need someone with moose gonads and no mercy.

Bc it’s even less likely than Saban.
The guy is about to win his 2nd championship in a row at tOSU

It may not definitively be the best job but there is no job better. That’s for damn sure

we were neck and neck at #2-#3 NIL this year. he could easily get a solid boost of a commitment from our university. He wouldn't be lacking hardly anything coming here as a program in its entirety.

Obviously it’s subjective and I realize NIL changes some of these things, but tOSU has tons of resources Ohio is a top 10 state for NFL talent plus Michigan and Pennsylvania are up there and close. They have a national brand so can recruit anywhere and as SEC fans whines about forever and easier path

Program maintainer. Not a program builder.

And who do we think we are? Ohio State is the top job in the country. You're not even calling this guy.
