It's going to be a combination of Landry and McNeese's Wade Rousse (mainly Rousse) whenever he officially gets chosen as President (next week I believe)
From what I understand, Woodward is going to have little to no input, as he isn't expected to be retained.
This is why I don't really think it's going to be a full fledged search, especially because the Boosters like Kiffin, so I think he's going to be the very easy choice.

If Landry and Rousse do the search without Woodward then it's gonna be a shite show. Woody with all his negotiation flaws with contracts still knows how to close and bring in targets. Landry has no business trying to hire a football coach at LSU. Nothing ever runs smoothly in a coaching search and we can't afford to have a goober like Landry in charge.

For the time being, it's Woody. He is also the guy with the most contacts in the business and is well respected by coaches in general.
Ultimately, these hires are rarely a one-man decision, and a new president plus a meddlesome governor mean there are a lot of unknowns.
